About This Project

GDP Construct were engaged by Melbourne Health to complete structural and architectural improvement works and upgrades to the North, East and West wings and Centre for Medical Research at RMH’s Parkville campus. Works were undertaken in highly sensitive live environment across multiple stages and elevations. This required a diverse and comprehensive access package including gantries, static scaffold, swing stage scaffolds, motorised plant and equipment and rope access. Our scope of work across 5500sqm of vertical workfaces across nine separate elevations and eight floors comprised of complex structural steel architectural cladding packages as well as detailed remedial masonry works.
